  • Gradually incorporate the all-purpose flour, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into small balls or truffles, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes to hold their shape.
  • Melt the dark chocolate over simmering water until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
