Avocado Mixture

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro (chopped) For added brightness.
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Onions (chopped) Adds sweetness and crunch.

Base Ingredients

  • 1 piece Cucumber (sliced 1/4" thick) Fresh and crunchy base for each bite.
  • Parmesan Crisps to taste Parmesan Crisps (broken into small pieces) For crunch and flavor.

Preparation

  • Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with Cajun seasoning.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  • Set the cooked shrimp aside.
  • In a bowl, mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and onions until smooth.

Assembly

  • On a serving dish, lay cucumber slices. Top with the avocado mixture and a shrimp.
  • Sprinkle with cilantro and Parmesan crisps. Serve immediately.

Notes

For the best results, ensure shrimp are fresh and avoid overcooking. Let the avocado mixture chill for about 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
