Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir and let sit to combine flavors.
  • In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan until smooth.
  • Fold in mozzarella cheese, basil, and Italian seasoning into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the dish.
  • Spoon the tomato mixture over the cream cheese layer.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Slice the baguette and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve the dip warm with the toasted baguette slices.

Notes

Consider adding a variety of tomatoes for depth, drizzling extra balsamic glaze before serving, or adding red pepper flakes for heat. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
