Reese's Rudolph Bites

- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips Rich and velvety, these chocolate chips will serve as the glue.
- 1 package (17.6 oz.) Reese's Minis Creamy and nutty, these are the stars of the recipe.
- 1 family-size package M&Ms (red candies only) Juicy bursts of color for Rudolph's shiny nose.
- 1 bottle (2.9 oz.) small candy eyes Adorable eyes to bring Rudolph to life.
- 28 mini salted pretzels Provide the perfect balance and act as antlers.
- 3 each green, red, and white Airheads Aromatic and chewy, for scarves.
Instructions
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate: Begin by melting the chocolate chips in a small heatproof bowl in the microwave, heating in 10-second increments until smooth.
- Prepare the Reese's Minis: Unwrap the Reese's Minis and lay 14 of them down with the large sides facing down.
- Attach the nose: Using the melted chocolate, attach a red M&M to the center of each Reese's cup.
- Add eyes: Attach two small candy eyes above the nose on each Reese’s cup using melted chocolate.
- Create antlers: Stick a mini salted pretzel onto the top of each Reese's cup using melted chocolate.
- Make scarves: Roll out the Airheads and cut them into 4-inch strips.
- Attach the faces: Use leftover melted chocolate to attach faces to the smaller flat sides of the Reese's cups and refrigerate until firm.
- Wrap the scarves: Finally, wrap the Airheads around the necks of the assembled reindeer and secure them with a dab of melted chocolate.
Notes
