Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour the filling into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for 15 minutes to set the edges, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 30-35 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the pie cool.

Decoration

  • Once cooled, scatter chocolate chips over the top and use colorful candies to decorate the turkey.

Notes
