Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Whip the heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, key lime zest, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt until well combined.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture in batches to maintain the airy texture.
  • Fold in half of the crushed graham crackers.
  • Transfer to a freezer-safe container and swirl in the remaining graham crackers.

Freezing

  • Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Serving

  • Let the ice cream sit at room temperature briefly before scooping.
  • Optionally, garnish with fresh lime zest before serving.
