Instructions

Preparation

  • Melt the chocolate: Place chopped white chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water. Stir gently until melted and smooth.
  • Divide the melted chocolate into three bowls. Add five drops of Flo-Coat and one drop of food coloring (purple, green, orange) to each bowl and stir.
  • Spread the remaining melted white chocolate evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the colored chocolate over the white layer in playful patterns and swirl with a toothpick for marbled designs.
  • Sprinkle the large Halloween-colored nonpareils and fun sprinkles over the top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes until firm.
  • Break the chilled candy bark into pieces and serve.

Notes

Avoid moisture when melting chocolate to prevent it from seizing. Use parchment paper for easy removal. Can store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
