  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set up three mixing bowls for the coating process.
  • Slice the chicken breasts into 1-inch wide strips.
  • In the first bowl, mix all-purpose flour with salt and pepper. In the second bowl, whisk the eggs. In the third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with ranch seasoning.

Coating

  • Take each chicken strip and coat with the flour mixture, dip into the whisked eggs, and then coat with the panko mixture.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  • Carefully add the coated chicken strips in batches and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serving

  • Transfer the fried strips to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Ensure oil is adequately heated before frying to avoid greasy strips. For healthier options, consider baking instead of frying and use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
