Instructions
 

Preparation of Fish

  • Pat the fish fillets dry and rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides.

Cooking the Fish

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the seasoned fish.
  • Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until the fish is flaky and cooked through.

Preparation of Slaw

  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using).
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, honey (or agave), salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss gently until well coated.

  • Warm the tortillas in a skillet or oven until soft and pliable.
