  • 4 wraps Flour wraps, spinach wraps, whole grain wraps, or low-carb wraps Choose based on dietary preferences.

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese Creamy and rich, protein-rich filling.
  • 1 medium Cucumber Sliced or julienned for freshness.
  • 1/4 cup Red bell pepper Optional, finely chopped.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill or parsley Chopped, or substitute with basil or cilantro.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Adds brightness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder Optional, for savory depth.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it into thin rounds or julienne it.
  • If using red bell pepper, finely chop it alongside the herbs.

Filling

  • In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, chopped cucumbers, red bell pepper (if using), fresh herbs, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and stir well.

Assembly

  • Lay wraps flat and scoop an even amount of cottage cheese mixture onto each wrap, leaving a small border.
  • Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll tightly starting from the bottom.

Serving

  • Slice the wraps in half diagonally or into smaller pieces.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs or a dash of paprika, and consider a drizzle of olive oil.

Notes

Toast wraps before filling for added crispness. Keep the filling separate from wraps for storage to avoid sogginess. Store in refrigerator for up to three days.
