Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) to help the cheese melt perfectly.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes each side.
  • Place the fried chicken in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce, and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the chicken is cooked through.

Serving

  • Serve hot with spaghetti, garlic bread, or a fresh salad.
