Preparation

  • Use a spatula to mix until a smooth dough forms.
  • Fold in the finely chopped white chocolate or peppermint bark.
  • Refrigerate the dough for 5 to 10 minutes.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Scoop dough into golf ball-sized portions and roll in the crushed peppermints.
  • Bake for about 6 minutes, checking halfway to bang the pans for even spreading.
