Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a 2-quart baking dish with softened butter.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, and melted butter until fully combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the thawed corn, creamed corn, kosher salt, sweet paprika, and black pepper.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and level it out.
- Bake for about 45 to 50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
