4th of July Patriotic Poke Cake

Ingredients

Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool slightly, then poke holes across the top with a skewer or fork.
Jello Preparation
- Prepare the strawberry and blueberry Jello according to package instructions and pour over the holes in alternating colors.
- Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Topping
- Spread the whipped cream topping over the chilled cake, then decorate with fresh strawberries and blueberries before serving.
Notes
